Curious to hear your thoughts on intra-workout nutrition based on pre/post meal timing. I feel like I've gotten more benefit with an intra when I have at least 90 minutes between a pre-workout meal and training unless I'm dieting on really low carbs.

My go to product that I've always used is Field Rations by Troponin Supplements with any additional carbohydrate needs from Karbolyn.
