What Was Included
Training plan (how often updated?): Training never changed, he gave an initial split that I ran the entire prep. Looking back, it wasn't horrible.
Nutrition/macros (how often updated?): He updated nutrition almost weekly based on progress.
Check-ins (weekly/biweekly/etc.): Check-ins were weekly until peak week. There were 3 check-ins prior to show day.
Posing guidance: (Yes/No) No
Peak week handling: (Yes/No/N/A) Yes, however it was quite delayed. He didn't respond in-between different classes or ask for photos except for the morning of, after my final tan.
Supplement guidance: (Yes/No) Yes
Cardio guidance: (Yes/No) Yes

Pros
- Very affordable. This was probably the main reason I chose him at the time without knowing much about the sport.
- Overall attitude was positive and encouraging.
- Was detailed in protocols, nutrition, and cardio requirements.
---
##
Cons
- Did not adapt to my body changing. The last 4 weeks of prep I lost nearly 25lbs. I was severely over dieted and fatigued and drove food down and cardio up to the point my body fell apart and lost all my tissue.
- Not very responsive during peaking process, looking back only seeing pictures the night before and morning of the show was not enough data to make decisions all day from pre-judging through finals.
- Got sick and was toughed it out and trained and did 90+min cardio while having covid. I had very limited experience and just followed plan 100% when really it destroyed my physique. Overall, I was really unhappy with the look I brought to stage.

##
Results
**Progress Made:** (weight change, stage results, strength gains, etc.) I dieted from 190lbs to 132lbs on stage. Won an empty bantamweight class and was 3rd in classic.
**Biggest improvement:** I was lean but lost all my muscle along the way.
**Biggest challenge during coaching:** Not asking the questions of why we are doing certain things.

##
Final Thoughts
(Anything you wish you knew beforehand, or advice for others considering this coach)
He's a nice guy and very encouraging, but I wish he was more realistic in where we were going and paid attention to the way my body was rapidly changing towards the final weeks of prep where I lost so much tissue in a short amount of time.

##
Would You Recommend This Coach?
(Yes / No / Depends – explain why)
I personally did not continue to utilize him post show. I was quite unhappy with the overall show day process and the look we brought.
